Mid-century modern items from the estate of Barbara Hovaten Myers will be for sale this Saturday, February 14.
An interior designer, Myers was a lover of mid-century furniture and art and graduated from Denver University in 1965 with a degree in Art and Interior Design. Along with artwork from notable regional artist Jack Roberts, a number of interesting items from her estate will be for sale, including:
- Two Knoll Wasley chairs, chrome and white canvas (purchased 1969)
- Barcelona cocktail table, chrome base, 40 square with glass top (purchased 1967)
- 4 Knoll Heavy chrome dining chairs
- 4 Knoll Bertoia dining chairs
The sale will be held at 9355 E. Center Avenue (Windsor Gardens) in Denver from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 14. Parking is limited.
